Being an old matter, Registry was asked to issue fresh notice to the appellant as well as his learned counsel. Needful has been done. Office report reveals that sole appellant has been served. Even the learned counsel for the appellant was informed vide letter dated 02.05.2023, yet none appears. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time and pendency of appeal as the same is pending for the past more than 12 years, appellant has lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
