status report dated 16.10.2023 by way of an affidavit of Balbir Singh, PPS Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division, Kartarpur on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4 to learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record, which depicts cancellation report has been prepared and approved qua the FIR in question and the same shall be filed in the Competent Court. Being so, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.
