(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred, has since been withdrawn by the respondent from the trial Court. In the given circumstances, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
