AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel has produced OMR sheet of petitioner in a sealed cover in Court today. The same is opened, perused and returned back to him under the directions of this Court. Perusal of OMR sheet reveals that questions no.33 and 54 have been found to be smudged. Condition no.8 reproduced at page 33 of the paper book prohibits candidate indulging into any restrictions imposed therein, resulting into cancellation of candidature of petitioner. In view of the aforementioned, I am of the view that petitioner would be bound by the terms and conditions of the advertisement and thus, no ground is made out for interference.

Dismissed.
