LPA-2062-2025 (O&M) and connected cases 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that one of the appeal bearing LPA No. 2123 of 2025 arising out from the common order was listed before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court today itself and the same has been allowed, hence, the present appeal (LPA-2062-2025) may also be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in LPA No. 2123 of 2025.

On the other hand, respondent No. 2 who appears in person raises no objection in case the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the order passed in LPA No. 2123 of 2025.

Keeping in view the above, the present appeal (LPA-20622025) which also arose from the common order is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in LPA No. 2123 of 2025.

In view of the order passed in LPA No. 2123 of 2025, no action is required to be taken in IOIN-1-COCP-1191-2025 & IOIN-1-COCP-25552025, hence, the same stands disposed of. 6.

Pending civil miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
