(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of advertisement (Annexure P-1) for filling up posts of Extension Lecturer, petitioner was appointed on contract basis and had been working since then in Pandit Chiranji Lal Sharma Government College, Sector 14, Karnal. Her services are over w.e.f. 13.02.2015 and respondent College is going to fill up posts on contractual basis. Petitioner will be satisfied in case petitioner submits a representation for consideration of her claim to respondent No.2 and the same is decided pragmatically.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to issue direction to 2nd respondent to decide representation of the petitioner, which shall be submitted within a period of two weeks from today and in case representation is submitted by petitioner as directed by this Court, respondent No.2 shall consider the same and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of one month thereafter, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.09.17 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
