(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.133 dated 27.08.2019 under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. Vide order dated 12.09.2019, while staying the arrest of the petitioner, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Pursuant thereto, the report dated 20.11.2019 of the mediator has been received, wherein it has been stated that the matter has been resolved between the parties.

Criminal Misc. No. M-38797 of 2019 -2In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 12.09.2019, whereby the arrest of the petitioner was stayed, is hereby made absolute.
However, in case the petitioner is required in the case in any manner, a clear 15 days notice be given to him. At this stage, counsel for the complainant submits that he does not the dispute the factum of compromise so effected between the parties. However, he submits that in the event of non-compliance of the terms and conditions of the compromise by the petitioner, the complainant be granted liberty to revive this petition.
Counsel for the petitioner has no serious objection to this prayer of the complainant.
