(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.74 dated 19.6.2023, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station E-Division, Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 11.9.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the custody of 02 months and 07 days. Learned State counsel informs that the challan in the case has been presented on 15.7.2023 and charges are yet to be framed. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
