***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that the compromise has been effected between the parties and both of them, have started residing together. Counsel for the respondent gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, before learned Trial Court, on the next date fixed i.e. 30.08.2025. Even though, none has made appearance on behalf of the applicant today, but however, in view of the undertaking, so given by the counsel for the respondent today, the transfer application is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement, so given, by his counsel today.
