(ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner is that against the order of punishment imposed by appointing authority, petitioner had preferred an appeal, which was dismissed vide order dated 13.09.2017 (Annexure P-3) and had filed revision petition, permissible under Rules on 2.7.2018 (Annexure P-6) before respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Haryana, Sector 6, Panchkula but the same has not been decided so far, despite being pending for one year and odd months. Notice of motion.

Mr. R.K. Doon, AAG, Haryana accepts notice for respondents. Noticing the contention made by counsel for petitioner as well as averments made in writ petition, I dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the revision petition dated 2.7.2018 (Annexure P-6) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, as despite reminder dated 24.12.2018, same remain undecided PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.09.18 11:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.25502 of 2019 (O&M) -2and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
