(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 31.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Financial Commissioner (Revenue) Punjab in Revision Petition (ROR No.119 of 2025).

Learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to challenge order dated 31.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) and rather restricts his prayer only for issuance of time bound directions for decision of the aforesaid Revision Petition (ROR No.119 of 2025). 3.
