*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) It is not in dispute that a conflict with regard to apportionment of the compensation with respect to the joint land is pending before the Principal Civil Court of the District. In the present case, the dispute is with regard to the amount of compensation ,representing structure that has been constructed. The competent authority has held that the structure has been constructed by respondent No.4 who had given on lease a parcel of the joint land. The amount of compensation has already been disbursed to the respondents.

The matter is already pending before the Principal Civil Court, therefore, the Civil Court is requested to decide about the entitlement of the compensation representing the structure also.
