Petitioner has preferred this petition for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to shift route of LT conductors from its existing position to any other location.

Learned counsel with reference to photograph submits that the proposed action is not in the interest of stakeholders as the same is being implemented in a very illegal and arbitrary manner particularly at the behest of respondent No.3.

CWP No. 24062 of 2021 -2Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already filed a complaint before respondent No.1. The said complaint is directed against respondents No.4 to 6, exposing their illegal action. The representation filed by the petitioner has not been answered so far.

In view of nature of prayer made, there is no necessity of serving the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed. This petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to take note of grievance of the petitioner which is pending in the form of representation dated 07.08.2021 and decide the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
