***** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.80 dated 27.07.2022, under Sections 15, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bahav Wala, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from police official submits that in compliance of order dated 29.09.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
