Petitioner has come up before this court seeking regular bail in case FIR No.423 dated 09.06.2023 registered under Sections 34, 342, 365, 384 IPC and Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (added later on), at Police Station Hisar City, District Hisar.

After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file petition for interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother who is on dialyses and there is no adult member in the family to look after her and also seek exemption from filing fresh power of attorney with the fresh petition. Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh on medical ground. It is clarified that power of attorney filed in the present case shall suffice and there shall be no need to file fresh power of attorney. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
