       The only ground pressed before this Court at this stage by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent-university has made 100% reservation for the women in Master of Science (Nursing). Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-university, on instructions from Ms. Usha Narula, Assistant Registrar of the University, submits that subsequently by a decision of the University taken on 19.01.2021, the provision for 100% reservation for women in M.Sc. Nursing has been done away with and male(s) are also permitted to take admission in the course with the rider that there would be no hostel facility available for the same.

In view of the aforesaid changed scenario, nothing further survives for adjudication in the petition and the same stands disposed of.
