***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Admittedly, during the pendency of this petition, the LPG distributorship has been allotted to respondent No.4 who has been impleaded under Order 1 Rule 10. It has been urged before the court that respondent No.3 was not eligible for allotment of distributorship as she also does not fulfill the criteria as per Policy, Annexures P-8 to P-10. Since there is no challenge in the petition to the allotment made to respondent No.3, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the allotment made to respondent No.3. Disposed of.

Status quo order granted by this court shall continue to operate for another two weeks.
