(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action by challenging the order by which the petitioner has been denied the benefit of arrears upon retrospective promotion, which act is contrary to the order passed by the Civil Court, which judgment has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
