The learned Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition which seeks recovery of the amount allegedly due under a construction contract. The appellant must adopt appropriate proceedings for the recovery of any claim that it may have in respect of the work done under the construction contract. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.

As we have decided the appeal, the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
