This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the appointment of Warrant Officer and directing the respondents to produce the detenue, named in the headnote of the petition, (Husband of petitioner No.1 and son of petitioner No.2) before this Court after getting her released from the illegal detention of the respondents. Reply filed on behalf of respondents is taken on record. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
