[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 264, dated 12th July, 2021, under Sections 120B, 34, 406, 419 (added afterwards), 420 IPC read with Sections 23, 4, 5(1)(a) and 6(a) of the Pre-conception & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, 1994 and Section 15(2)(B) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, registered at Police Station City Jhajjar, District Jhajjar.

[3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is change in circumstances after rejection of earlier bail petition by the Sessions Court.
