Counsel for the parties agree that in view of orders dated 14.10.2015 and 7.10.2015, the appeal has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly but with the following directions: a.

Respondent No.2 - Sameer Narwal shall not claim any interest on arrears of salary.

The Bank shall furnish a detailed break-up of the arrears paid and in case any other amount is due to Sameer Narwal, the same shall be paid within 15 days of Sameer Narwal's raising a demand on the Bank.

c.

Respondent No.2 shall continue to furnish a medical certificate on a by-monthly basis. The doctor concerned shall issue a certificate regarding the physical condition of respondent - Sameer Narwal.

d.

The Bank shall continue to pay salary to respondent No.2 alongwith all service benefits, as permissible in law. Ordered accordingly.
