Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner, who has been arrayed as an accused in a couple of more cases under the N.D.P.S. Act, seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.83 dated 04.07.2024, under Section(s) 22(b)/27/61/85 of the N.D.P.S. Act (Section 29/61/85 of the N.D.P.S. Act added subsequently), registered at P.S. Nehianwala, District Bathinda. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Leave granted.
