The prayer made by the petitioners in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents for quashing the notification dated 27.3.2018 (Anneuxre P1) regarding carving of new Gram Panchayat. In our opinion, the issue being small, the Authority should pass a speaking order, in one way or the other, in accordance with law, if within a week the petitioners file representation, and to decide the same within a period of three weeks thereafter.
