Mr. J.S. Arora, Advocate for respondent No.4. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 29.03.2019, vide which the petitioner will be entitled to pay of Rs.4800/- along with all the consequential benefits as per the notification dated 15.12.2011.

As per the compliance affidavit filed by the Director, Local Government, Punjab, it is stated that a speaking order has been passed on 09.06.2020, in which after considering the notification dated 09.11.2011, the petitioner is granted the pay-scale of 1030034800+Grade Pay 4800 along with all the consequential benefits from the date of his regular promotion on 02.05.2013. In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
