(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.156 dated 03.08.2022, registered under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, at Police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagjivan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
