On 21.4.2018 while issuing notice of motion for today the following order was passed:- "Petitioner is employed as Lineman with PSPCL and was posted at Kalanour, Division Dhaliwal, District Gurdaspur and would retire on 31.5.2018 on attaining the age of superannuation.

By filing this petition he has challenged transfer order dated 16.4.2018(P-1) whereby he has been transferred from his present place of posting to Nurmehal, Division Nakodar, Distt.Jalandhar.

Notice of motion for 9.7.2018.

Dasti as well.

In the meanwhile transfer of the petitioner from his present place of posting i.e. Kalanour shall remain stayed. "
