*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of impugned orders dated 02.08.2022 and 17.08.2022 (Annexure P-16 and 17) passed by respondent No.2-National Seeds Corporation Limited, whereby firstly his services were dispensed with, and subsequently, he was directed to vacate the official residential accommodation by 30.09.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that through the order dated 02.08.2022, the services of the petitioner were dispensed with and during the pendency of this writ petition, the impugned orders stand GEETA RANI 2023.01.23 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-22645-2022 (O&M) -2withdrawn by the respondent vide order dated 05.11.2022. He further states that the petitioner has already retired from services, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and he has instructions to withdraw this petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No.3/applicant in CM-19252-CWP-2022 prays for vacating the interim order dated 30.09.2022 passed by this Court at the time of issuance of notice of motion, whereby payment of his salary was stayed.
Considering the above background. The miscellaneous application is allowed.
