(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the Learned Reference Court to expedite the adjudication of LAC-10-2018 filed at the instance of petitioner, seeking apportionment of compensation.

In the present case, dispute regarding apportionment of compensation initiated at the instance of petitioner, invoking Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 is pending consideration with the Reference Court-cum-Addl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that delay in disposal of the reference is depriving the parties of their dues towards the amount of compensation.
