Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Malerkotla, to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No.88, dated 30.7.2024, Police Station Amargarh, under Sections 127(6) of BNS 2023 (Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS added later on) is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report be submitted thereafter at the earliest.

2. A copy of this order be sent to Senior Superintendent of Police, Malerkotla, for necessary compliance.
