Prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside the order passed by respondent No.2 dated 18.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) and further directing the respondent to fix seniority and promote the petitioner as Junior Assistant from the post of Storekeeper-cum-clerk as per Government Policy dated 15.12.2011 as well as recommendation made by respondent No.3. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to the speaking order dated 07.06.2023 (Annexure R-1) whereby, the claim of the petitioner was rejected by respondent No.3 which he has not challenged. 3.

There is no representation on behalf of petitioner and even on the last date of hearing, the position was the same. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
