Perusal of the court file reveals that on 06.12.2022, when notice of motion was issued, this Court had ordered about the "execution of the conditional warrants against the petitioner/Judgement Debtor, shall remain in abeyance, subject to deposit of Rs.50,000/- by the petitioner, within a period of one week from today" i.e. 06.12.2022. However, till date, despite several opportunities, having given, no report was made. Even, the petitioner has not made appearance for the last two consecutive dates. Perusal of the paperbook further reveals that a letter has been received from the concerned Judicial Officer, thereby stating that despite the direction, so given, vide order dated 06.12.2022, the same has not been Anu 2024.09.06 12:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 CR-4239-2022 (O&M) complied with. In fact, the Judicial Officer, has apprised this Court that Judgment Debtor, Anil Kumar, has not come present before the Court to deposit the said amount.
