Dated Police Station Sections 17.04.2023 Rohtak Sadar, District Rohtak 279 and 304A IPC, 1860, (181(3) and 196 of Motor Vehicle Act, (Amendment, 2015) added later on) Seeking quashing of FIR captioned above on the basis of compromise, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 528, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.

After arguing at length and facing strict opposition from the State counsel, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.

Considering the fact that the parties have compromised the matter, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with direction to the trial Court concerned to expedite the trial proceedings in the present case as the parties have compromised the matter, subject to condition that the petitioner-accused shall not seek any adjournment. It is clarified that in case the petitioner-accused seeks any adjournment then order regarding expediting the trial shall be recalled automatically.
