(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 06.09.2022, Annexure P-2, as also the order dated 24.07.2024, Annexure P-8, whereby the petitioner's representation against the transfer was rejected by the respondents.

It is apparent on record that the petitioner was transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Bani, Sirsa, pursuant to General Transfer Drive conducted in September, 2022, and has been working there ever since. The contention of learned counsel is, there is no workload for the petitioner in the School. He is PGT Chemistry, but has been assigned subject of Mathematics for class 8 to 10. Therefore, he needs to be transferred to some other School.

The petitioner possesses qualification of M.Sc. Chemistry, and in case he has been asked to teach Mathematics to class 8 to 10 due to an exigency, PAYAL 2024.09.03 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-21723-2024 no exception can be taken to it. Nor is it a ground to interfere with the impugned orders.
