Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that respondents No.7 to 10 are not the contesting respondents. Hence, their names be deleted from the array of parties.

Ordered accordingly.

The amended memo of parties submitted by learned counsel for the appellant in Court is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the appellant further produced a compromise deed attested on 16.10.2015, in terms of which, the matter in dispute has been compromised between the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents did not dispute the aforesaid fact.

Considering the fair stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties, which is taken on record as "Mark X". The judgment and decree of the learned lower appellate court is modified in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties, which shall form part of the decree.

The appeal stands disposed of.
