(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the possession notice dated 14th March, 2018 (appended as Annexure P-8), issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act'). Besides above, further prayers for directing the respondents not to initiate further proceedings and take physical possession of the residential property of the petitioners, have also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are not at variance that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the matter has been settled. Accordingly, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
