Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jalandhar-1 vide order dated 29.01.2018 (Annexure P-3) has allowed petitioner's appeals and set aside orders dated 18.06.2013 passed by Assistant Collector, Second Grade, Adampur. Despite repeated reminders to Authorities, neither Sub-Divisional Magistrate nor Tehsildar is implementing the order.

Mr. Aman Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab who on advance notice is present in Court on behalf of the respondents, seeks time to file reply and address the arguments.
