NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release all the remaining retiral benefits i.e. revised Leave Encashment, Gratuity, etc. to the petitioner along with interest @ 18% p.a. for the delayed payment. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
