**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer that the representation dated 10.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner be ordered to be decided within a stipulated period. Notice of motion.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. Joginder Pal Ratra, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, to decide the representation dated 10.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner, within one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, as per law.
