(Oral) Mr.Amrit Paul, learned counsel for respondent No.2-University, states at the Bar that in compliance to the order dated 15.12.2014, the matter was put up before the Equivalence Committee who has recommended that the BCA Degree obtained by the appellant from Punjab Technical University, shall be treated equivalent to BCA Degree of Guru Nanak Dev University.

In view of the above-mentioned decision taken by the Equivalence Committee, learned counsel for the parties submit that the appellant is entitled to the declaration of result of her B.Ed. Degree course in which she has appeared. For the reasons afore-stated, the letters patent appeal is allowed, the order passed by learned Single Judge

LPA No.1949 of 2014 (O&M) [2] dated 27.08.2014 is set-aside and the writ petition filed by the appellant is disposed of as having become infructuous but with a clarificatory declaration that let her result in B.Ed. Degree course be declared by Guru Nanak Dev University, within one months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
