By way of present writ petition, prayer has been made for directing respondent No.3 to adjudicate upon the petition submitted by the petitioner seeking reference of their claim of apportionment to the competent Court of jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a reference now stands forwarded to the competent Court of jurisdiction and the proceedings are going on. He also submits that the amount of compensation has even been deposited with Reference Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer having been granted, no cause of action survives at this stage.
