L.P.A.No.1468 of 2015 The appellant, challenges order dated 02.09.2015, dismissing his writ petition.
Counsel for the appellant submits that as the respondents did not furnish the entire information, the order dismissing his writ petition is incorrect on facts, particularly as respondent no.3 has not furnished information whether Vasika No.52, was registered on 04.04.1996 or 08.04.1996.
We have heard counsel for the appellant, perused the impugned order as well as orders passed by authorities under the Right to Information Act, 2005, but are not inclined to entertain the appeal.
