The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 29.05.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Faridabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petitioner was a tenant in two adjoining premises being SCF Nos.14-15, Sector-14, Faridabad. Two suits for ejectment, recovery of arrears of rent and mesne profits were filed qua SCF No.14 and SCF No.15, Sector-14, Faridabad. In the both the suits, the defence of the defendant-petitioner herein was stuck off for not depositing the rent. Civil revision petition being CR-4974-2023 was filed challenging the order dated 28.07.2023 striking off the defence of the petitioner therein in the suit pertaining to SCF No.15, Sector-14, Faridabad. The said petition was dismissed by this Cout vide order dated 30.01.2024. The same was challenged before the Hon'ble AMAN JAIN 2025.02.27 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CR-5494-2023 (O&M) -2Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.5963/2024 and the appeal was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 27.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to deny the fact that the grounds taken in the present revision petition are identical to the ones raised in CR-4974-2023.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 30.01.2024 passed in CR-4974-2023. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 25.02.2025 (ALKA SARIN) Aman Jain JUDGE NOTE:
