*+,*$-) " ,++ ( This intra4court appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent has been filed against the order dated 24.12.2014 passed by the Learned Single Judge in CWP No.23083 of 2014, whereby, a direction was given to the respondent - Municipal Corporation (respondent No.4 herein) not to adopt coercive methods against the
petitioner (respondent No.1 herein), till the next date of hearing. On the next date i.e. 12.1.2015, the said interim order was extended till the next date of hearing i.e. 16.2.2015. Today, we have been informed that the main writ petition has been partly heard on the previous date and now the case is fixed for 9.4.2015.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that let the Learned Single Judge be requested to decide the matter expeditiously and till then the stay may continue.
In view of above, this appeal is disposed of with a request to the Learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition expeditiously. *+,*$-) " ,++
