(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to not to take any action upon the petition filed by respondent No.4 titled as "Satbir Singh vs. Mahabir Singh" (Annexure P-7) on 25.03.2025.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram, wherein an appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending against judgment dated 14.05.2025 passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pataudi.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
