(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to take action against the private respondents on application dated 28.10.2021 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner as respondents No.5 to 7 have misused their power/post and have played with the human rights of the petitioner and his family members.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vishal Malik, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 to 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application dated 28.10.2021 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner in a time-bound manner.
