The grouse of the petitioner Tarlochan Singh Bhatti is that despite his having approached Punjab State Information Commission, Sector 16, Chandigarh complaining against non action in the matter by Punjab Legislative Assembly, Chandigarh respondent No. 2, till date his complaint has neither been registered nor any date of hearing has been fixed. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing Punjab State Information Commission, Red Cross Building, near Rose Garden, Sector 16, Chandigarh to list the complaint filed by the petitioner and then dispose of it in accordance with law within stipulated period provided under the RTI Act. Copy of the order passed be sent to the petitioner as per Registered A.D. Post.
