KRISHNA MURARI, C.J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of aforementioned 33 Letters Patent Appeals.

After the matter was heard at some length, on our persuasion and with a purpose and intent to provide quietus to the dispute, learned counsel for the parties, on the basis of the instructions from the respective PRASHANT KAPOOR 2019.05.24 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

LPA-105-2016 (O&M) & connected matters clients, who are present in the Court, have agreed to settle the dispute on a payment of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) to each of the respondent/workmen or their legal representatives, which shall be paid by the appellant by means of a Bank Demand Draft. The payment shall be made within a period of two weeks from today and that would bring to an end all the disputes in presenti. Neither of the parties shall stake any claim or raise any dispute in this regard in future. An affidavit endorsing the above terms and conditions agreed before us in the open Court, shall be filed by respective parties within a week.

With the aforesaid modification in the order passed by the learned Single Judge, these appeals are accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
