The petitioners have already approached DRT-II, Chandigarh alongwith a stay application. The matter is now listed before DRT on 27.04.2018.
[2] In this view of the matter when the petitioners have already availed effective alternative remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and relegate the petitioners to continue to avail the said remedy. Since the Presiding Officer of DRT-II, Chandigarh is stated to be not holding Court till 27.04.2018, it is directed that status quo re: possession be maintained till 30.04.2018.
[3] With the directions and liberty above, the writ petition is disposed of.
