This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 3 to 6 not to unnecessary harass the petitioner by time and again calling him to the police station and threatening him to involve him in false case and in case the petitioner required he may be given prior 5 day notice before calling him to the police station with a further prayer to decide the representation dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur to look into the representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
